Freeport High School returns to the library this April with an explosion of color and form. The library will be filled with approximately 100 student works that fall into one of four categories: drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography. This exhibit includes the works of 9th- to 12th-grade students from a variety of studio art courses. The April RSU5 exhibit is sponsored annually by the Freeport Woman’s Club. Historic Freeport Artwork exhibit

This new exhibit showcases paintings and photographs related to historic Freeport, both modern and older works that depict people, places, or things that evoke historic meaning. Paintings or photographs of Casco Castle, ships built here, the Desert of Maine, historic buildings or businesses (usually older than a century), and people who lived and worked in town are possible subjects. Freeport Players is holding open auditions for their summer production, a collection of quirky short and one-act plays directed by Linda Duarte. 20th Annual Wescustago Youth Chorale “Celebrate with Song” Spring Concert
