Freeport Historical Society's new exhibit Blacksmiths & Storekeepers: Freeport Village, Crossroads of Change, 1770-1920 highlights and interprets the changes in Freeport village over a century-and-a-half. Much of the change has been dramatic, hurried along by fires and the moving and razing of buildings. Exhibit runs May 24 through December of 2018.

22nd Annual Harvest Dance featuring Chris Ross and the North

Historic Mallet Barn (built in 1891) provides a unique venue for an evening of local food, local music, local brews, and lots of fun! Doors will open at 6:00 PM with a cash bar and an assortment of local food trucks and vendors. From 7:00 to 8:00 experience Contra Dance fun, then Chris Ross and the North take the stage.
