Delaney Clifford is a teacher/musician who graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 2018. She has studied the piano with Jacqui Savage since 2012 and studied voice with Janelle LoScuito for two years while in high school. During her senior year, Delaney participated in the music program at Portland Arts & Technology High School where she learned the fundamentals of music performance and expanded her knowledge on music theory and audio engineering in their state of the art recording studio. While participating in church choir since she was nine, Delaney auditioned and got a spot in her high school’s competition choir and won four Festival Disney Awards. With this choir, she performed at The State House, Portland JetPort, Festival Disney, Bonny Eagle High School, Tree Lighting Ceremonies, football games and fundraising events.
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Tessa Miller has been performing music and theater her entire life. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to host her at Cadenza as she makes her way around Maine performing many different genres of music with a soul to make a difference in her community. Tessa works with troubled youth and as a DSP for Adults with autism and other disabilities. She also regularly volunteers as a wildlife rehabilitator. After a four-year break from performance she began once again in Portland, Maine. Tessa competed in Maine’s Got Talent and took 3rd place in May of 2019. Since then she has been performing at intimate open mic nights in the Old Port and at other local events.
Tickets are $12.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door.
NOTE: Cadenza is a busy place with a very active calendar – sometimes our webmaster can’t keep up with all that’s going on over there. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you’re checking them out on the spur of the moment, we recommend you visit CadenzaFreeport.com to confirm the lineup. Or just stop by — whoever is playing will be worth taking a chance!
