22nd Annual Harvest Dance featuring Chris Ross and the North

Historic Mallet Barn (built in 1891) provides a unique venue for an evening of local food, local music, local brews, and lots of fun! Doors will open at 6:00 PM with a cash bar and an assortment of local food trucks and vendors. From 7:00 to 8:00 experience Contra Dance fun, then Chris Ross and the North take the stage. Tickets on sale August 14 (Members Only) and August 16 (General Public)

The music of West Africa is gracing Freeport Community Library! Sean Gaskell and Dave Kobrenski will be stopping by the library as part of their New England tour. Sean Gaskell features traditional songs on the 21-stringed West African kora. The kora is native to the Mande peoples who live within the countries of The Gambia, Senegal, Mali, Guinea, and Guinea Bissau.
