Harvest Dance

Wolfe's Neck Center's historic Mallet Barn (built in 1891) provides a unique venue for an evening of local food, local music, local brews, and lots of fun! The music of West Africa is gracing Freeport Community Library! Sean Gaskell and Dave Kobrenski will be stopping by the library as part of their New England tour. Sean Gaskell features traditional songs on the 21-stringed West African kora. The kora is native to the Mande peoples who live within the countries of The Gambia, Senegal, Mali, Guinea, and Guinea Bissau.
