Visit Wolfe's Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment for a Wagon Ride to the Past…Climb aboard their haywagon and travel through time as you hear stories of the ship captains, fishermen, farmers, teachers, and homemakers who have lived on Wolfe’s Neck over the past 250 years!  This “Wagon Ride to the Past” is a unique opportunity to learn from local historians about the history of our oceanfront farm and the surrounding countryside. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Join Wolfe's Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment for an afternoon of great food from Frontier Café and Gather, and a live and silent art auction featuring local artists. Enjoy a wide variety of delicious appetizers made from farm fresh ingredients and bring home an original piece of art.  This event is held at the historic Mallet Barn. Tickets on sale July 24 (Members Only) and July 26 (General Public)

Historic Mallet Barn (built in 1891) provides a unique venue for an evening of local food, local music, local brews, and lots of fun! Doors will open at 6:00 PM with a cash bar and an assortment of local food trucks and vendors. From 7:00 to 8:00 experience Contra Dance fun, then Chris Ross and the North take the stage. Tickets on sale August 14 (Members Only) and August 16 (General Public)

Night Tree Event

A holiday tradition for children, the Night Tree event at Wolfe's Neck Center for Agriculture and the Environment is inspired by Eve Bunting’s book Night Tree. Her story is about a family that feeds the forest animals by making decorations for a special tree. Each hour during the day, we read her story together, and then decorate pinecones with birdseed and string popcorn, dried fruit and cranberries.
